James has been involved with horses since a very young age. He got his start in show-jumping when he was 7 & has been showing horses at a national level since 1998. James has been working on the property for the last 8 years & took over management of Dusterah Equine Center at the beginning of 2024. Here James is pictured with Arabian mare RA Ever The Diva.

Heather is a an avid horse fanatic & riding instructor who has been working on the property for the last 7 years. In addition to assisting with the everyday operations of the farm, she also teaches riding lessons through her self-started Dynamite Riding Academy. She specializes in beginners, youth riders and Arabian Dressage.

Valerie (Val) Pollock
Val is every horses best friend- having worked on the property for 10 years, she knows each one by name & temperament. She lives on the property & is constantly monitoring the horses to ensure their health & wellbeing is top-notch. Val’s prior career as a nurses gives her an intuitive approach to horse care that ensures no health issues go unnoticed.
