The Milam Barn
The Milam Barn is an elevated center aisle barn & features 14 12x12 MD stalls with a wide cobblestone aisle down the middle.
Stalls feature rubber mat floors, automatic waterers, electric fans, windows & an organic fly deterrent system.
The Milam Barn has an indoor double wash rack with hot water, an evaporation cooler, a tack room with refrigerator/freezer & a full bathroom with a shower.
Secondary Barn
Open-concept secondary barn features 16 12x12 MD stalls.
Stalls feature rubber mat floors, open-concept stall front & sides, automatic waterers, electric fans & an organic fly deterrent system.
The secondary barn has a covered outdoor double wash rack with hot water.
Third Barn
This open-concept barn features 12 12x12 MD stalls with rubber mat floors, a tack room, a covered outdoor double wash rack with hot water, an organic fly deterrent system, electric fans & automatic waterers.
Covered Round Pen
55 foot solid-wall covered round pen with built-in automated sprinkler system. Fully lit to allow for early morning & evening work. The footing is 4 inches of high quality cleaned & screened sand & produces minimal dust.
Main Arena
90 foot x 185 foot main arena features automated sprinklers. Arena is fully flood lit to allow for early morning & evening work. The footing is 4 inches of high quality cleaned & screened sand & produces minimal dust.
Center of the arena features a built-in pavilion with a fire pit, bistro tables/chairs & a beverage refrigerator.
Paddocks
Facility features 10 large paddocks with covered shelters & automatic waterers. Perfect for joint turnout with other horses as a long-term outdoor living arrangement
Facility also features 2 paddocks reserved to allow stalled horses some playtime out of the barn. Both paddocks have automatic waterers.
Climate Controlled Casita
Luxuriously furnished custom 1,500 sq. foot Tuscan-style casita available for use as a respite from the outdoors. Features a wrap-around patio with table seating, a BBQ grill, fire pit, misters & an indoor-outdoors built-in sound system. The interior has a comfortable living area with a TV & fireplace, wifi, bar area, full kitchen & a full bathroom with shower.
Horse Breeding Equipment
Our farm features an on-site collection mount (phantom mare) & horse stocks. This allows us to execute all aspects of horse breeding including semen collection & insemination.
Covered Feed Barn
Our 100% premium organic alfalfa cube feed is stored under cover on a concrete pad & is protected from the elements on 3 sides.
